Section 3.24(i) of the Company Disclosure Schedule sets forth a true and complete list of the cell tower sites where the Acquired Companies lease or license space, which list includes the location of the cell tower and the identity of the lessor or licensor. The Acquired Companies have a good and valid leasehold interest in or license to the leased or licensed, as applicable, space at each of such tower sites.
