The Tournament clause defines the rules and structure governing a competitive event or series of matches between participants. It typically outlines eligibility requirements, the format of play (such as single or double elimination), scheduling, and procedures for determining winners. By establishing clear guidelines for participation and progression, this clause ensures fairness and consistency throughout the competition, minimizing disputes and confusion among participants.
