Common use of Total Taking - Termination Clause in Contracts

Total Taking - Termination. If title to the Building or so much thereof is taken for any public or quasi-public use under any statute or by right of eminent domain so that reconstruction of the Building will not result in the Building being reasonably suitable for Tenant's continued occupancy for the users and purposes permitted by this Lease, the Lease shall terminate as of the date possession of the Building or part thereof is to taken.
