Common use of Total Incremental Term Loan Commitment Clause in Contracts

Total Incremental Term Loan Commitment. Notwithstanding anything that may be construed to the contrary in this Agreement, the aggregate principal amount of the Incremental Term Loans made by the Lenders at any time shall not exceed $50,000,000, as such amount may be reduced by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.6.3 (such amount, as it may be reduced from time to time, the “Total Incremental Term Loan Commitment”).
