Total DSR Loan Commitment Sample Clauses
The Total DSR Loan Commitment clause defines the maximum aggregate amount that a lender is obligated to provide to a borrower under a Debt Service Reserve (DSR) loan facility. This clause typically specifies the total cap on funds available, ensuring that the borrower cannot draw more than the agreed-upon limit, regardless of the number or timing of individual drawdowns. By establishing a clear ceiling on the lender’s financial exposure, the clause provides certainty for both parties and helps manage credit risk throughout the life of the loan agreement.
