Tools, Process and Methodologies. Service Provider will leverage the following methodologies and tools to support the technical solution. Service Provider will use a Design to Run framework to define the roles, responsibilities, and deliverables associated with each service. Service Provider will use the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology described in section 1.3.2 to implement services using Agile, Iterative, or Waterfall techniques. Service Provider will also use Data Migration Methodology to perform data migration activities, as well as an integrated suite of tools and accelerators to define, architect, build, and test applications.
Tools, Process and Methodologies. Service Provider shall utilize the tools, process and methodologies outlined in Exhibit 2.1.2, which are provided by DIR’s Multi-sourcing Service Integrator. Service Provider shall tailor its processes to optimize its response to the specific requirements of each DIR customer engagement. Because of the broad range of engagements possible under the proposed agreement, the processes Service Provider utilizes shall include those in place for the organization for which Service Provider provides staffing services to implementation of ITIL-compliant processes for those engagements that Service Provider leads.
