Tool Room Clause Samples
The Tool Room clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use, storage, and management of tools and equipment provided for a project or worksite. Typically, it outlines responsibilities for maintaining the tool room, procedures for checking tools in and out, and the party responsible for loss or damage. This clause ensures that tools are properly accounted for and maintained, reducing the risk of loss, misuse, or disputes over equipment ownership and condition.
Tool Room. Lessor shall install appropriate lighting and double doors for ingress and egress to the manufacturing facility from that area identified as a tool room set forth on Exhibit "A".
Tool Room. 1. The Contractor and the Unions agree that it shall be the Owner’s prerogative to maintain and operate a general, centrally located tool room and warehouse. The Unions agree that the manpower required for operation of the centrally located tool room and warehouse may, at the Owner’s option, be employed directly by the Contractor.
2. If it is the intention of the Contractor to establish area tool rooms and warehouses as required for efficient service in the plant, these area tool rooms and warehouses will be manned under the terms of the Agreement and this Addendum.
Tool Room. On jobs requiring a tool room attendant in such tool room he shall be a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ employed under the terms of this Agreement.
