TOOL REQUIREMENT. The following tools are required as per the collective bargaining agreement. Each classification of workers may require different tools but it is simply the responsibility of each worker to provide their own personal hand tools. If an Employer agrees with an employee to have the employee use their own personal power tools, the Employer shall replace/repair the employee’s power tools, if they break on the job, with an equivalent tool.
