TOO CLAUSE. The ▇▇▇▇▇ County Auditor agrees that should a wage increase be awarded another UAW bargaining unit within the Auditor’s office, the same wage increase will be awarded to employees covered by this agreement.
TOO CLAUSE. If any union within the school district negotiates a health insurance plan design (as outlined in the plan design chart in Medical Benefits) different from the union’s plan design for the school years covered by the duration of this Agreement, that plan design shall be adopted by Local 147.
TOO CLAUSE. Any additional salary or deferred compensation increase beyond the items listed above given to one of the other bargaining units during the term of this agreement, would be made available to the Mid-Management bargaining unit. This does not include any other bargaining unit selecting a different option from the City’s final counteroffer for salary increase / deferred compensation, or the Annual Leave offer accepted by the Management bargaining unit.
TOO CLAUSE. If during the life of this Agreement, the District agrees to provide a higher amount to another employee group for cash-in-lieu of, upon finalization of such an agreement, the District shall provide members IUOE Local 39 the same amount paid to other employee groups for opting-out.
