Tombstone. Rothschild may place an announcement in such newspapers and periodicals as it may choose, stating that Rothschild is acting or has acted as exclusive dealer manager and/or financial adviser to the FW Entities in connection with the Exchange Offer and Consent Solicitation with the approval of the Company, which shall not unreasonably be withheld. Any such announcement shall be at the sole option and expense of Rothschild.
