Toll Free Database Services. 7.4.1 The Call Routing Service provides for the identification of the carrier to whom a call is to be routed when a Called Party Pays NXX-XXXX or call is originated by Customer. This uses the dialed digits to identify the appropriate carrier and is done by screening the full ten digits of the dialed number. The Call Routing Service may be provided in conjunction with a Customer’s or IntraLATA Switched Exchange Access Service. When 800 Call-Routing service is provided, an originating call is suspended at the switching office equipped with a Service Switching Point (SSP) component of the Network. The SSP launches a query over signaling links (A-links) to the Signal Transfer Point (STP), and from there to the SCP. The SCP returns a message containing the identification of the carrier to whom the call should be routed and the call is processed. Requesting Carrier may obtain Call Routing Service pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions specified in Ameritech FCC No. 2 Access Tariff.

Toll Free Database Services. 2.1.1 Should CBT, during the term of this Agreement, deploy a toll-free database within its network, CBT will provide SBCT access to such database on terms and conditions at parity with access CBT provides itself, affiliates, or other carriers. The details of the terms and conditions will be made as an addendum to this Agreement.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.
