Common use of Tolerance Clause Clause in Contracts

Tolerance Clause. To take care of any change in the requirement during the period starting from acceptance of bid till completion of the delivery schedule, buyer reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of the required goods up to 50% without any change in the terms & conditions and prices quoted by the seller. The quantity ordered can be increased or decreased by the buyer within this tolerance limit. If there is any change in demand, it will be intimated 24hr in advance to the supplier.
