Tokens May Have No Value. The Tokens may have no value and there is no guarantee or representation of liquidity for the Tokens. Company Parties are not and shall not be responsible for or liable for the market value of the Tokens, the transferability and/or liquidity of the Tokens and/or the availability of any market for the Tokens through third parties or otherwise.
