To Partner Clause Samples
The "To Partner" clause defines the obligations or rights that are specifically granted to the partner in an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what the partner is entitled to receive, such as payments, information, or access to resources, and may specify the conditions under which these entitlements are provided. For example, it might detail the process for delivering reports or transferring funds to the partner. The core function of this clause is to clearly allocate benefits or responsibilities to the partner, ensuring both parties understand what is expected and reducing the risk of disputes.
