Common use of To Borrower’s knowledge Clause in Contracts

To Borrower’s knowledge. the Condominium Documents are in full force and effect and there is no default, breach or violation existing thereunder by any party thereto and, to Borrower’s knowledge, no event has occurred, that, with the passage of time or the giving of notice, or both, would constitute a default, breach or violation by any party thereunder. The Punta Mita Borrowing Base Entities are not party to any other agreements or understandings other than the Condominium Documents with respect to the Units.
