To Adherex Sample Clauses

To Adherex. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, Section 2.4 hereof, Cadherin hereby grants to Adherex, under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Cadherin which claim an Improvement conceived or reduced to practice by Cadherin, a non-exclusive worldwide license, without the right to sublicense, to make, have made, use, offer for sale, sell, and import any products within the Adherex Fields.
