Titles of Articles, Sections and Subsections; References. All titles or headings to articles, sections, subsections or other divisions of this Agreement or the exhibit hereto are only for the convenience of the parties and shall not be construed to have any effect or meaning with respect to the other content of such articles, sections, subsections or other divisions, such other content being controlling as to the agreement between the parties hereto. The words "herein," "hereof," "hereunder" and other words of similar import when used in this Agreement refer to this Agreement as a whole, and not to any particular article, section or subsection. Any reference herein to a Section or Subsection shall be deemed to refer to the applicable Section or Subsection of this Agreement unless otherwise stated herein. Any reference herein to an exhibit shall be deemed to refer to the applicable exhibit attached hereto unless otherwise stated herein.
