Title to Security etc. 21.17 The Agent may accept without enquiry, requisition or objection such right and title as the Account Party may have to the property belonging (or purportedly belonging) to it (or any part thereof) which is the subject matter of any of the Finance Documents and shall not be bound or concerned to investigate or make any enquiry into the right or title of the Account Party to such property (or any part thereof) or, without prejudice to the foregoing, to require the Account Party to remedy any defect in the Account Party’s right or title as aforesaid.
