Common use of Title Report Clause in Contracts

Title Report. The City, or its designee, shall have received a current title report (the "Title Report") issued by a title insurance company acceptable to the City, or its designee, in its sole discretion, which reflects that the Property Owner holds fee simple title to the Structure and the real property upon which it is situated (the "Property") and is otherwise in such form and with such content as the City, or its designee, shall reasonably require.
