RUS shall have received satisfactory evidence that the Awardee has good and marketable title to its property, including the Project, and holds such franchises, permits, leases, easements, rights, privileges, licenses, or right-of-way instruments, reasonably adequate in form and substance, as may be required by law for the continued maintenance and operation of the existing facilities and Project;
