Common use of Title Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Title Due Diligence. Administrative Agent shall have received title opinions and other title information and data reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent covering not less than 80% of the value of those Mortgaged Properties included in the Borrowing Base, reflecting title to the Hydrocarbon Interests of the Credit Parties in such Mortgaged Properties which is reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent.
