TITLE DIRECTION. The Purchaser(s) agrees to provide the Vendor's Solicitor with a written direction as to whom title is to be conveyed (subject to the first mortgagee's requirements, which the Purchaser will abide by), no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Date, failing which, the Vendor is hereby directed to convey title to the Purchaser(s) set forth and named in this Agreement. Prior to closing, the Purchaser covenants not to register this Agreement or any other document on title.
