Title Commitment; Survey. Buyer has received and reviewed a copy of the Title Commitment and the Existing Survey. Except as expressly set forth in subsection 8.3(a), all title exceptions and matters set forth in the Title Commitment and on the Existing Survey shall be deemed Permitted Exceptions and are hereby approved by Buyer.
