Title Commitment/Existing Survey. Within five (5) Business Days after the Effective Date, (A) Buyer shall order and, upon receipt, deliver or make a copy available to Seller, an ALTA commitment for title insurance, to be prepared by the Title Company, for the Land and Improvements (the “Title Commitment”). ▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that Seller has delivered to Buyer a copy of an existing survey of the Land and Improvements in Seller’s possession (“Existing Survey”).
