Title Attached Clause Samples

The "Title Attached" clause establishes that ownership of goods or property remains with the seller or provider until certain conditions are met, typically full payment or delivery. In practice, this means that even if the buyer has possession of the goods, legal title does not transfer until the agreed-upon requirements are satisfied, such as payment in full or completion of specific contractual obligations. This clause primarily serves to protect the seller’s interests by ensuring they retain legal rights to the goods in case of buyer default or non-payment.
