Common use of Title and Capacity Clause in Contracts

Title and Capacity. Director serves concurrently in the capacity of Chief Legal Counsel of the Company pursuant to a separate Employment Agreement (Exhibit 10.11 predecessor). This Board Service Agreement governs Director’s obligations and equity rights in their capacity as a director and is separate from and in addition to the Employment Agreement.

Title and Capacity. Director serves concurrently in the capacity of Chief Legal Counsel Technology Officer of the Company pursuant to a separate Employment Agreement (Exhibit 10.11 10.10 predecessor). This Board Service Agreement governs Director’s obligations and equity rights in their capacity as a director and is separate from and in addition to the Employment Agreement.

Title and Capacity. Director serves concurrently in the capacity of Chief Legal Counsel Executive Officer of the Company pursuant to a separate Employment Agreement (Exhibit 10.11 10.8 predecessor). This Board Service Agreement governs Director’s obligations and equity rights in their capacity as a director and is separate from and in addition to the Employment Agreement.

Director serves concurrently in the capacity of Chief Legal Counsel Vice President of Issuer Services of the Company pursuant to a separate Employment Agreement (Exhibit 10.11 10.12 predecessor). This Board Service Agreement governs Director’s obligations and equity rights in their capacity as a director and is separate from and in addition to the Employment Agreement.
