Tire Clause Samples
A 'Tire' clause defines the terms and conditions related to the tires used in a particular context, such as a vehicle lease, sale, or maintenance agreement. This clause typically specifies requirements for tire condition, brand, replacement responsibilities, or standards for wear and tear. For example, it may require that tires be replaced with those of a certain quality or that the lessee is responsible for maintaining proper tire condition throughout the contract period. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties understand their obligations regarding tire maintenance and replacement, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring safety and compliance.
