Common use of Timeshare Documents Clause in Contracts

Timeshare Documents. If the Declaration, any of the other documents creating or governing the Resorts, its timeshare regime, or the Timeshare Owners’ Association, or the restrictive covenants with respect to the Resorts, shall be terminated, amended or modified without Agent’s prior written consent (except for routine non-substantive modifications which have no impact on the Collateral).

If the Declaration, any of the other documents creating or governing the Resortsany Receivables Loan Approved Resort, its timeshare regime, regime or the Timeshare Owners’ Association, or the restrictive covenants with respect to the Resortssuch Receivables Loan Approved Resort, shall be terminated, amended or modified without Agent’s Lender's prior written consent (except for routine non-substantive modifications which have no impact on the Collateral).
