Common use of Timely Work Clause in Contracts

Timely Work. Consultant shall perform all tasks in a timely fashion. [INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING TEXT IF AN ON-CALL AGREEMENT: Upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed, Consultant shall diligently proceed with the services authorized therein and complete those services within the agreed time period specified in said Notice.
