Timely Responses. Your concerns are addressed appropriately.
Timely Responses. The client agrees to provide timely responses to design queries, feedback, and any other communication necessary for the progression of the project.The client is responsible for implementing any updates or changes provided by the Freelancer to maintain the functionality and integrity ofthe delivered design work. Project Progress The client agrees to actively participate in project milestones and provide timely approvals to avoid delays in the project timeline. Maintenance and Updates Post-Project Post-project support is provided for a specified period, as outlined in the project proposal. Additional support or updates beyond this period maybe subject to separate agreements and charges.
Timely Responses. The RAILROAD shall attempt to make every reasonable effort to provide formal comments to the DEPARTMENT within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a preliminary engineering submittal for review.

B. Both PARTIES agree that they will track actual performance in the Project Tracking Process as to the response time for questions, submittals, notices, requests, comments, and proposed AGREEMENTS. These actual response times in comparison to desired response times may later be subject to discussion and process-improvement efforts by the PARTIES.
