Common use of Timely Development Review Clause in Contracts

Timely Development Review. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County agrees to use its best efforts in accordance with applicable rules and regulations to ensure that the processing and review of Development Approvals, including, but not limited to, APFO Approvals, subdivision plans, site development plans, issuance of building permits and occupancy permits, are performed in a succinct, timely manner, without undue delay, consistent with the County’s current development review process, and that such processing and review will not be subjected to any delay or any moratorium except in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
