Timely Development Review. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County agrees, in accordance with County 27 Code, to ensure that the processing and review of development applications, including but not 28 limited to, APFO Approvals, final development plans, subdivision plans, site development plans, 29 issuance of building permits and occupancy permits, are performed in an efficient, timely manner, 30 without undue delay, consistent with the County’s current development review process, and that 31 such processing and review will not be subjected to any delay or any moratorium except in 32 accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
