Timely Development Review. The BOCC agrees to use reasonable efforts to ensure that all remaining Development Approvals, including but not limited to, preliminary plan approval, site development plan approval, final subdivision and final improvement plan review are performed in a succinct, timely manner, without undue delay, consistent with the County’s development review process.
