Timely. Complaints do not have to be lodged immediately after they occur, but the sooner they are aired, the sooner they can be resolved. Once a complaint has been made, it will be acknowledged as quickly as possible. We aim to address complaints ideally within one week, and resolved within four weeks at the longest. What to do if you have a complaint? In the event of a complaint arising in the workplace, the following procedure will be followed to resolve the matter. At any point during the process, an employee affected may have a representative of their choice (eg work colleague, friend, union representative etc) present during any meetings or discussions that take place.
