E-Mail System Sample Clauses
The E-Mail System clause defines the rules and expectations regarding the use of email communication within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines which email addresses are to be used for official correspondence, sets standards for acceptable use, and may specify security or confidentiality requirements for email exchanges. By establishing these guidelines, the clause helps ensure that communications are properly directed, secure, and legally recognized, thereby reducing the risk of miscommunication or unauthorized disclosure.
E-Mail System. The Health Plan shall provide a continuously available electronic mail communication link (E-mail system) with the Agency. This system shall be:
a. Available from the workstations of the designated Health Plan contacts; and
b. Capable of attaching and sending documents created using software products other than Health Plan’s systems, including the Agency’s currently installed version of Microsoft Office and any subsequent upgrades as adopted.
E-Mail System. The Union may use the District’s E-Mail System for purposes of meeting notifications.

a. Available from the workstations of the designated RIDE RIGHT contacts; and,
b. Capable of attaching and sending documents created using software products other than RIDE RIGHT’s Systems, including the COUNTY’s currently installed version of Microsoft Office and any subsequent upgrades as adopted.
