The E-Mail System clause defines the rules and expectations regarding the use of email communication within the context of the agreement. E-Mail System. The Health Plan shall provide a continuously available electronic mail communication link (E-mail system) with the Agency. This system shall be: a. Available from the workstations of the designated Health Plan contacts; and b. Capable of attaching and sending documents created using software products other than Health Plan’s systems, including the Agency’s currently installed version of Microsoft Office and any subsequent upgrades as adopted.
