Time Vacation Scheduling/Usage. All vacation requests for part-time employees are subject to the operational needs of the Employer. Requests for usage will be in minimum increments of a full work shift, and all vacation will be used during the calendar year credited. Any vacation time not scheduled and utilized during the calendar year credited will be forfeited, unless the remaining time is less than a full work shift. Any time remaining that is less than a full work shift will be paid to the employee.
