Time Units Clause Samples
The Time Units clause defines the specific measurements of time—such as days, weeks, or months—used throughout the contract. It clarifies whether references to time periods mean calendar days, business days, or another standard, and may specify how to handle deadlines that fall on weekends or holidays. This clause ensures all parties have a shared understanding of time-related obligations, reducing the risk of disputes over timing and deadlines.
Time Units. For the purpose of calculating time units, time is determined per operation as the total of the following, excluding any time spent waiting between surgical procedures:
Time Units. With respect to each performer, units for time worked shall be computed as follows: Each day = one-fifth (1/5) unit Each week = one (1) unit No more than five (5) time units may be credited to any performer.
Time Units. For purposes of computing wages, time shall be accounted for in fifteen (15) minute increments.
