Time to Fulfill Initial Conditions Precedent. The Initial Conditions Precedent shall be fulfilled no later than ninety (90) calendar days after the signing of this Credit Agreement, failing which the Lender may terminate the present Credit Agreement and the Credit Facility at any time. Upon fulfillment of all such Initial Conditions Precedent, the Lender shall notify the Borrower, the Seller and the Exporter that such conditions precedent have been satisfied in full to the Lender's and the HERMES Agent's satisfaction.
