Time to Construct Sample Clauses
Time to Construct. Contractors are required to provide and coordinate project schedules showing expected timeframes for the construction of the fiber optic network identified in this phase. Timeframes will commence upon completion of make-ready. Construction schedules and phasing shall be reviewed and approved by STN or its authorized designees.
Time to Construct. As soon as practicable after approval of the Improvement Plans by Landlord and Tenant and Landlord’s receipt of all necessary permits and approvals (the “Permits”), but in all events within fifteen (15) days thereafter, Landlord shall give written notice to Tenant (the “Construction Notice”) stating the estimated date by which construction of the Improvements will be substantially completed (as defined below). Without limiting the foregoing, Landlord agrees that Landlord’s Work shall be sufficiently completed by August 15, 2005 to allow for issuance of certificate of occupancy or temporary certificate of occupancy sufficient for Tenant to occupy the Building. All of Landlord’s Work shall be substantially completed in accordance with the Improvement Plans no later than twelve (12) months following full execution of this Lease (the “Substantial Completion Date”). As used herein, the term “substantial completion” or “substantially completed” shall mean that, in the opinion of Landlord’s architect, Landlord’s obligations to construct Landlord’s Work pursuant to the Improvement Plans has been completed subject only to completion of minor punch list items.
Time to Construct. The Lessee shall complete construction/acceptance testing/ interconnection of the EPF and reach the Commercial Operation Date within the Effective Date expressed in the Contract, section B .
