Time to Consider Waiver and Release; Revocation. Executive acknowledges that he has had at least 45 calendar days after the receipt of this waiver and release to consider signing this waiver and release and that he may voluntarily choose to waive this 45-day period. In addition, Executive has seven calendar days after signing this Agreement to revoke it, in which case this Agreement shall be null and void.
