Time to Consider; Revocation; Effective Date. Executive hereby waives his right to take up to 21 days to decide whether to sign this Agreement. Executive shall have the right to revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days after Executive signs it. Any revocation of this Agreement must be in writing and submitted to Vice President-Human Resources of the Company. None of the Company's obligations hereunder become effective until Executive signs the Agreement and the seven (7) day revocation period has expired.
