Time Stamps Sample Clauses

The "Time stamps" clause establishes the requirement for recording the exact date and time when certain actions or events occur within the scope of an agreement or process. In practice, this may involve marking when documents are signed, when notifications are sent, or when specific milestones are achieved, often using electronic systems that automatically generate these records. The core function of this clause is to provide clear, verifiable evidence of timing, which helps prevent disputes about when obligations were fulfilled or actions were taken.
