Time Plan. Vesting over four (4) years subject to continued employment. THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: ARTICLE SCOPE To the extent that this Agreement conflicts with the terms of any of the existing Collective Agreements between the parties, the terms of this agreement shall prevail over the terms of the Collective agreement (unless specified), for as long as this Agreement shall remain in effect.
