Time Limit for Dealing with Subject Access Requests. 4.1 Subject Access Requests must be dealt with as quickly as possible in order to ensure that the Subject Access Requests are able to respond to the Subject Access Request within the 40 day period required by statute from the date that sufficient information is received from the Data Subject that enables the Signatory to process the Subject Access Request.
