Time for Bargaining. Negotiations regarding a successor agreement shall begin with mutual consent of the parties but no later than sixty (60) days after the Association files a demand to bargain agreement.
Time for Bargaining. Negotiation meetings shall not be scheduled during normal school hours except by mutual agreement. If negotiation meetings involving the Board and the Association are scheduled during a school day, the superintendent may elect to grant professional leave to permit participation in such meetings. Released time shall be granted for mediation sessions occurring during the regular school day.
