Common use of Time Devoted Clause in Contracts

Time Devoted. During the period of his employment hereunder and except for illness, reasonable vacation periods and reasonable leaves of absence, the Employee shall devote substantially all of his business time, attention, skill and efforts in the faithful performance of his duties hereunder. However, the Employee may serve or continue to serve on the Boards of Directors of, and hold any other offices or positions in companies or organizations which, in the judgement of the Board of Directors of the Company, will not present any conflict of interest with the Company or materially affect the performance of the Employee's duties pursuant to this Agreement.
