Common use of Time Deadlines Clause in Contracts

Time Deadlines. Tenant shall use its best efforts to cooperate with Architect, the Engineers, and Landlord to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process and to receive the Permits, and with Contractor, for approval of the “Cost Proposal,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2 below as soon as possible after the execution of the Lease and, in this regard, to the extent Landlord considers such meeting(s) to be reasonably necessary, Tenant shall meet with Landlord on a weekly basis to discuss Tenant’s progress in connection with the same.

Tenant shall use its best best, good faith efforts and all due diligence to cooperate with the Architect, the Engineers, Building Consultants and Landlord to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process and to receive the Permits, and with Contractor, Contractor (defined below) for approval of the “Cost Proposal,” as that term is Proposal (defined in Section 4.2 below below) as soon as possible after the execution of the Lease possible, and, in this that regard, to the extent Landlord considers such meeting(s) to be reasonably necessary, Tenant shall meet with Landlord on a weekly basis scheduled basis, to be determined by Landlord, to discuss Tenant’s the progress in connection with the samethereof.

Tenant shall use its best commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with Architect, the Engineers, and Landlord to complete all phases of the Construction Drawings and the permitting process and to receive the Permits, and with Contractor, for approval of the “Cost Proposal,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2 below as soon as possible after the execution of the Lease Amendment and, in this regard, to the extent Landlord considers such meeting(s) to be reasonably necessary, Tenant shall meet with Landlord on a weekly basis to discuss Tenant’s progress in connection with the same..
