Common use of TIME CONVERSION Clause in Contracts

TIME CONVERSION. For purposes of this Agreement, all references in the collective bargaining agreement to days off will be converted to hours. This includes vacation time, personal business days, bereavement leave and sick days. All vacation time and sick days will be accrued in hours.
