Common use of Time-Based Stock Options Clause in Contracts

Time-Based Stock Options. A stock option to purchase 50,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, with an exercise price equal to the closing price of the Company’s common stock on the date of grant, a ten year term, and that will vest and become exercisable as to 12,500 shares on the first anniversary of the Employment Date and as to an additional 3,125 shares at the end of each successive three-month period following the first anniversary of the Employment Date until the fourth anniversary of the Employment Date.

Time-Based Stock Options. A stock option to purchase 50,000 150,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, with an exercise price equal to the closing price of the Company’s common stock on the date of grant, a ten year term, and that will vest and become exercisable as to 12,500 37,500 shares on the first anniversary of the Employment Date and as to an additional 3,125 9,375 shares at the end of each successive three-month period following the first anniversary of the Employment Date until the fourth anniversary of the Employment Date.

Time-Based Stock Options. A stock option to purchase 50,000 100,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, with an exercise price equal to the closing price of the Company’s common stock on the date of grant, a ten year term, and that will vest and become exercisable as to 12,500 10,000 shares on the first anniversary of the Employment Date and as to an additional 3,125 7,500 shares at the end of each successive three-month period following the first anniversary of the Employment Date until the fourth anniversary of the Employment Date.

A stock option to purchase 50,000 250,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, with an exercise price equal to the closing price of the Company’s common stock on the date of grant, a ten year term, and that will vest and become exercisable as to 12,500 83,333 shares on the first anniversary of the Employment Date and as to an additional 3,125 83,333 shares at on the end of each successive three-month period following the first second anniversary of the Employment Date until and as to the fourth remaining 83,334 shares on the third anniversary of the Employment Date.

Time-Based Stock Options. A stock option to purchase 50,000 150,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, with an exercise price equal to the closing price of the Company’s common stock on the date of grantPromotion Date, a ten year term, and that will vest and become exercisable as to 12,500 shares follows: 75,000 on the first anniversary of the Employment Date Promotion Date; and as to an additional 3,125 shares at 75,000 on the end of each successive three-month period following the first second anniversary of the Employment Date until the fourth anniversary of the Employment Promotion Date.

Time-Based Stock Options. A stock option to purchase 50,000 250,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, with an exercise price equal to the closing price of the Company’s common stock on the date of grant, a ten year term, and that will vest and become exercisable as to 12,500 shares follows: 83,333 on the first anniversary of the Employment Date and as to an additional 3,125 shares at Date; 83,333 on the end of each successive three-month period following the first second anniversary of the Employment Date until Date; and 83,334 on the fourth third anniversary of the Employment Date.
