TIME ALLOWANCE FOR FORWARDING MARGIN. We are not obliged to allow you time to forward further funds to meet such margin as is required under this clause 11.5 before exercising our right to close out your Positions. However, where we, in our absolute discretion, do allow you time to meet your margin requirements, that permission will only be effective once it is confirmed in writing by us, and only to the extent specified in the written notice given by us.
